1. What is Next Click?

NEXT CLICK is an ultimate digital platform, which insists a website (nextclick.in) + NEXT CLICK mobile application). The Website and the App are together referred to as the "Platform”.It is a local search engine along with the service-orientation. Here the user can enjoy multi-type services like food, travel, hospital, medicines, daily needs@ door-delivery.

2. How does it work?

Besides the local search, the user is provided with the delivery service. You can order the items by downloading the NEXT CLICK app and getting the registration done, through which the user will have access to multiple amenities.

3. How do I register in Next Click?

By downloading NEXT CLICK app from google play store at free of cost, the user can enjoy the services insisting in it.

4. Are there any charges for registration?

Next Click app don’t charge any amount of fee for registration process. In fact, you need to sign up with your concerned google account (or) facebook account.

5. Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, there is a provision of multiple address markings. This is extended in order to make the customer feel convenient.

6. Can I have multiple accounts with same mobile number & email Id?

To maintain the uniqueness, there is a possibility of creating one NEXT CLICK account on single mobile number & mail Id. If there is a need of another account, the user must provide unregistered (mobile number & mail Id).

7. Does it work outside India?

NEXT CLICK is not limited to one area (or) one region (or) one state (or) one nation. So, there are maximum number of probabilities in extending the services.

8. How can we get offers (or) cashbacks in Next Click?

There are certain ways to grab the offers on NEXT CLICK. It might be by clicking ads (or) referring the app (or) on purchase of maximum price of goods (or) to regular customers.

9. How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel an entire order (all items within the order) or specific line items within an order, as long as they have not been billed.  Orders for which an invoice has already been generated cannot be canceled.Or else simply contact helpdesk@nextclick.in

10. Will I get refund on same day?

The amount once paid cannot be refunded on the same day, it might take 3-5 business days to invoke & get back to you.

11. Are my account login details protected?

The details provided by the user to NEXT CLICK app are highly kept confidential. The data could not be transferred to third parties in any case.

12. Does delivery time change with the product?

Off course, the delivery time may vary from product-to-product. So, there is no assurance of delivery time change.

13. Can I get the item replaced, if got damaged?

It is the responsibility of user to cross-check the item when delivered. Reporting the issue as soon as possible will lessen the difficulties of exchange.

14. How many items can I order at once?

‘N’ number of items can be ordered at once. NEXT CLICK will not limit its customers from their comforts.

15. Are the items ordered at once will be charged separate delivery charges? (or) overall delivery charges?

The products within the category are considered as one order and you’ll be charged one delivery fee for multiple products of same category. Apart from that, the items of different categories get charged for an each order.

16. Can I replace the damaged item with another kind of product?

Yes, but it is not limited to few kind of services.

17. Any rewards to regular customers? Users?

On basis of usage done with the NEXT CLICK, the customer gets rewarded in any way as possible.

18. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Next Click?

As per the privacy & policy guidelines, NEXT CLICK will always prefer customer’s safety & protection of data from being misused.

19. What is Next Click wallet?

Next Click wallet is a virtual wallet with attracting features of transaction via app.

20. When will I receive order?

There is no particular confirmation about the order delivery. In fact, it might depend the product ordered.

21. How are the fruits & vegetables packaged?

Full-fledged packed. There is no brokage in packs.

22. How will the delivery be done?

As soon as the order got placed, then it will be confirmed by the vendor. After confirmation the delivery boy picks up the order & delivers to the concerned customer.

23. How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)

24. Are there any other charges (or) taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

There will be no change in the price shown on-screen. The price of the item itself constitutes everything.

  1. How does NEXT CLICK delivery work?
  • Users sign up for Next Click mobile app & become the customers
  • Customers open the app, select the restaurant, and order the food
  • The app confirms the delivery location.
  • When user orders the food, the restaurant receives the order and confirms it.
  • Local delivery boy confirms the pick-up and drop location of the order
  • Customers receive the notification showcasing the confirmation of the order and the person who will deliver the order
  • Customers track the entire journey from mobile app starting from the order confirmation to the moment order gets delivered. They can also track the delivery boy’s location.
  • Next Click marks your ordered completed, once delivered
  • After the order completion, Next Click app asks customer’s reviews and ratings on food, taste, and delivery service.
  1. Does NEXT CLICK pay for reviews?

Reviews are always the original opinions of users. So, NEXT CLICK will only consider the real, which is rare.

  1. What is the salary of NEXT CLICK delivery boy?

Total Salary of NEXT CLICK delivery boy is Rs. 18,500/-. But, there is no particular figure for part-time (or) weekend delivery boys. Because, it depends upon their number of deliveries done.

  1. Can I edit my order?

Your order can be edited before it reaches the restaurant. You could contact customer support team via chat or call to do so. Once the order is placed and restaurant starts preparing your food, you may not edit its contents.

  1. I want to cancel my order

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is not placed to the restaurant (Customer service number: xxxxxxxxx). Please note that we will have a right to charge a cancellation fee up to full order value to compensate our restaurant and delivery partners if your order has been confirmed.

  1. Will NEXT CLICKbe accountable for quality/quantity?

Quantity and quality of the food is the restaurants' responsibility. However in case of issues with the quality or quantity, kindly submit your feedback and we will pass it on to the restaurant.

  1. Is there a minimum order value?

We have no minimum order value and you can order for any amount.

  1. Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fee varies from city to city and is applicable if order value is below a minimum amount. Besides, certain restaurants might have fixed delivery fees. Delivery fee (if any) is specified on the 'Review Order' page.

  1. How long do you take to deliver?

Standard delivery times vary by the location selected and prevailing conditions. Once you select your location, an estimated delivery time is mentioned for each restaurant.

  1. What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery hours vary for different locations and depends on availability of supply from restaurant partners.

  1. Can I order from any location?

We will deliver from any restaurant listed on the search results for your location. We recommend enabling your GPS location finder and allowing the app auto-detect your location.

  1. Is single order from many restaurants possible?

We currently do not support this functionality. However, you can place orders for individual items from different restaurants.

  1. Do you support bulk orders?

In order to provide all customers with a great selection and to ensure on time delivery of your meal, we reserve the right to limit the quantities depending on supply.

  1. Can I order in advance?

We currently do not support this functionality. All our orders are placed and executed on-demand.

  1. Can I change the address/number?

Any major change in delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us. However, slight modifications like changing the flat number, street name, landmark etc. are allowed. If you have received delivery executive details, you can directly call him, else you could contact our customer service team.

ii.Do I need a valid prescription to buy medicine?
Writing a paper prescription that you take to a local pharmacy, Calling or e-mailing a pharmacy to order the medicine, Sending your prescription to the pharmacy by way of a computer that is linked to the provider's electronic medical record (EMR)
iii.What are the acceptable payment modes?
The most common alternative payment methods are debit cards, charge cards, prepaid cards, direct debit, bank transfers, digital wallets, phone and mobile payments, checks, money orders and cash payments.
iv.Why is my uploaded prescription rejected?
Your prescription could be rejected due to the following reasons:
üValues pertaining to dosage not matching with what you have ordered
üPrescriptions that have already been stamped for no other usage.
üIf the prescription is more than a year old.
üIf it contains certain schedule H drugs that we do not dispense, example sleeping pills.
v.Can I buy medicines with a foreign prescription?
Yes but, NEXT CLICK delivers medicines only in India.
vi.Will NEXT CLICKdeliver medicine 24/7?
Next Click delivers medicines on all 7 days of the week. Generally, medicines ordered via the NEXT CLICK app will be delivered within 24- 48 hours in metro cities & they take 5 days for smaller towns. All our deliveries happen between 7 am to 10 pm.
vii.How do I know medicine delivered is genuine (or) authentic?
Next Click only procures medicines directly from pharmaceutical companies or the company appointed distributors. Our team of medical experts monitor announcements pertaining to banned medicines and thus we do not sell such products. You can be absolutely assured that at NEXTCLICK we only sell medicines from authentic sources & we check for expiry before dispensing.
viii.Is it good to buy another medicine listed as a substitute?
It is common practice to substitute a brand for another brand of the same medical salt while dispensing only as long as the composition & strength of the salts are an exact match.
Substitutions are helpful when a brand you are searching for is out of stock or when the same composition is selling for a lower price by another brand.

xv.How do I reset my password on NEXT CLICKApp?
It’s simple. Go to the NEXTCLICK App and logout. Now re-login but click forgot password. Enter your registered mobile number and you will receive a one-time-password (OTP). Enter OTP and add your new password.
xvi.If I have received an expired medicine, how do I return it?
Normally NEXTCLCK is very strict in dispensing medicines that are at least 3 months away from expiry. But in the unlikely event of a customer receiving an expired product, you can prefer for return by calling _____________________ and our delivery personnel will come to your door step within 24 hours and collect it. Your package will be verified against the batch number of the medicine. we originally sent & if all matching, we will refund the amount.

Next Click don’t have any offline store. But to meet the demands of its customers, Next Click acts as medium in between the customers and vendors.

Cancellation, Return & Refund
1.Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 4-5 days from the time you received your order. However, this may be subjective to certain terms and conditions. Refrigerated products need to be returned within 24 hours and stored at the right temperature in customer homes.
2.How do I place a return request?

Note: You need to raise a return request within 4-5 days of product delivery or 24 hours if you wish to return a refrigerated product. Only full strips & unopened bottles will be accepted
3.How is a refund processed?

After approval, we will initiate refund/replacement back to the same payment source if you had paid online or to your Next Click wallet if you had paid by cash.

Yes, you can order your medicine from anywhere in the world. But, we currently only deliver medicines in India.

x. How will the delivery happen?
We have our own delivery personnel who will deliver your order to your doorstep in 20 cities. If your order has to be delivered outside these cities, then we have tie-ups with third-party delivery organizations - E-comm express, Delhivery, Blue Dart & others. We also make sure that cold storage drugs are packed in chilled boxes and transported keeping up with safety regulations in the cities where we deliver ourselves.
xi. How are the medicines packaged?
Pharmacists at Next Click package our products in sealed boxes, where clearly you can see if the box has been opened or not. Refrigerated items are packed between ice gel packs to maintain the medicine temperatures in transit. Our packaging methods are in accordance with government norms.
xii. If there is a delay in delivery, will someone inform me?
Yes, we will keep you informed by call or SMS in case there is a delay in processing your order.
xiii. Is same day delivery available?
Yes. In cities where we operate our warehouses, for orders received in the morning, we are able to deliver by evening.

As a customer, here is what you get by subscribing:

11. What is the process of medicine delivery after subscribing?
Once you have subscribed to the app, you can select your medicines and choose a delivery date along with a monthly plan (Optional). Our delivery personnel will deliver your medicine to your doorstep on the mentioned date and if you have chosen a periodic plan, then your medicine will be delivered as per what you have requested.
12. How do I return medicine under subscription?
Returning medicines purchased under subscription is similar to other returns. For more information on returns pertaining to subscription, read our return policy terms and conditions.
13. If I want to change the dosage of my medicine after subscribing, how do I do it?

14. Is cash on delivery available for medicines ordered through subscription?

TRAVEL

1. How to request a ride?

Enter your destination address in the "Where to?" box, or tap a shortcut icon at the bottom of your screen. Shortcuts include recent destinations from your ride history or custom "Saved Places" you can set in your app

  • Your default pickup point is set to your current GPS location. If you are not being picked up at your current location, tap your pickup location on the map and update the address
  • Use the slider at the bottom of your screen to toggle between available vehicle options
  • Tap "Request." You may be asked to confirm your pickup location.
  • Wait for a driver to accept your request.
  • When your request has been accepted, you'll see your driver's location on your map and an estimated time of arrival at your pickup location
  • Your app will notify you when your driver is close to your pickup location
  • In some cities, you can also request a ride to more than one destination.

2. How are the tariffs calculated?

The final fare is calculated on the basis of the total fare for a trip. To calculate fare for a flat fare discount package:

If the total fare is ever less than the flat fare, we'll charge you the minimum of the two amounts. If the total fare is greater than the flat fare but less than the max fare cap, you will be charged only the flat fare amount.

If the fare of the trip is over the max fare cap, then you will still save, but the amount over the max fare cap will be added to the flat fare amount.

To calculate fare for a percentage discount package:

The fare will be calculated based on percentage discount mentioned on your package upto the max discount cap.Please note that the wait time charges will be over and above the final fare.

3. Am I charged for cancelling a ride?

You can cancel a trip at any time through the Next Click app, but may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel after you're matched with your driver.

Cancellation fees pay driver-partners for the time and effort they spend getting to your location.Ride requests should only be made when you're ready to ride and near the pickup location. This helps ensure smooth pickups for riders and driver-partners.

4. Are there any fixed fares?

There are no fixed fares for any. There will only be a destiny calculated amount. And the fares may surge based on high demand from customers. Rather than that, it is quite common in other days.

5. Is it possible to schedule a trip request?

Next Click now includes the option to schedule a ride 15 minutes to 30 days in advance using the Scheduled Rides feature.

6. HowScheduled rides work?

The Scheduled Rides feature allows you to select a 10 minute pickup window for a driver to come pick you up. A driver will be requested on your behalf before the start of your 10 minute window so that it arrives in the window and you're on your way to your destination. Scheduling a ride in advance does not guarantee you'll be connected with a driver. In the rare case a driver cannot be found, you'll be notified at the end of your selected time window.

  • Select a date and a 10-minute window of time
  • Tap SET PICKUP TIME
  • The pickup location will automatically set to your current location. Tap "Current Location" to edit the pickup location. You'll have to move where the cursor is set.
  • Set your destination
  • Review your fare estimate and tap SCHEDULE.

8. Changing (or) cancelling your ride.

1. In the app menu, tap Your Trips.
2. Select Upcoming
3. Select EDIT TIME or CANCEL RIDE

You can change or cancel your request at any point before being matched with a driver without any charge. Normal cancellation fees apply once you have been connected with a driver.

9. WHERE & WHEN IS THIS AVAILABLE?

You can schedule a ride in nearly all cities where Next Click is available. Check your app to see if Scheduled Rides is available in your area.

You can use Scheduled Rides for trips to the airport, but they are not currently available when leaving an airport. If you're leaving an airport you can still request a ride on-demand as you normally would.Scheduled Rides are available at all times of the day.

10. WHAT DOES IT COST?

Scheduled Rides are priced exactly like a normal ride, and are subject to pricing - based on demand - at the time the ride is scheduled for. If dynamic pricing is in effect, you'll be notified via push notification of your updated fare estimate when your request begins.

11. What is cancellation fee?

A ride request can be cancelled free of charge for up to 5 minutes after a driver accepts your request. If you cancel after this, you'll be charged a cancellation fee.If your driver is running more than 5 minutes behind the trip's original ETA, you can cancel without being charged a fee.Cancellation fees vary by city and by product, but are typically between Rs 40 - Rs 100.

12. I couldn’t reach my driver about a lost item

Calling your driver to connect is the best way to retrieve an item you may have left in a vehicle. If you have not tried contacting your driver directly, head back and select "Contact my driver about a lost item".
If more than 24 hours have passed since your trip ended and you're still unable to connect with your driver, we'll step in to help. Please share some details below.
Drivers are independent contractors. Neither Next Click nor drivers are responsible for the items left in a vehicle after a trip ends. We're here to help, but cannot guarantee that a driver has your item or can immediately deliver it to you

13. How can I get a free trip?

  • Earn free rides by inviting friends to sign up and ride with Next Click. To see your invite code, tap FREE RIDES in the app menu.
  • When friends sign up with your invite code, their first ride will be free. Once a friend has ridden with Next Click, your next ride in any city that shares your signup city's national currency will be free.
  • You can share your code by tapping Invite Friends and selecting one of the options available. These include text, email, sharing on social media or copying your personal invite code.
  • Personal invite codes should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. This means you can share your invite link with your personal connections via social media as long as you are the primary content owner.
  • Public distribution on sites where you are a contributor but not the primary content owner (Promoting your referral code via search engine marketing (for example, AdWords, Yahoo, Bing) is also not permitted.
  • Referral promotion codes are only applicable to an invited user's first ride and not intended for existing users. Existing users attempting to take advantage of the referral program may have their referral promotions disabled.
  • 14. Can I pay in cash?

    Though there are different modes of payment in our app. Next Click allows its customers to pay in their preferred manner as per their convenience.
